Most of us experience difficult and challenging periods in our lives and at these times we may feel anxious, depressed or stuck.

Suffering a loss, being unable to come to terms with a traumatic event or struggling to let go or move on from something can leave us feeling lost, scared or guilty. Relationships with others may be disappointing or we may have difficulty making important decisions.

Sometimes something is “missing” or we find ourselves repeating unhelpful patterns or behaviours that we are unaware of.

As a counsellor I would like to journey alongside you to help you understand your world.
This journey will help you increase your awareness and build upon new behaviours and develop new ways of being.
A safe, confidential space in which to talk and be listened to can be the first step to a deeper,
more compassionate understanding of yourself.
